About The Position

At OneEighty, we are dedicated to restoring dignity and purpose, reimagining potential, and rebuilding lives. We are seeking to hire full-time Mid-shift, full-time Floater, and PRN (as needed), Residential Support Specialists. In this position, you will assist in the treatment program and oversee the general functioning of the residential house. OneEighty is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to helping people in and around Wayne and Holmes counties in Ohio, providing comprehensive addiction, domestic violence, mental health, and behavioral health services through multiple care facilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must have CDCA licensure or ability to attain within first 90 days of hire.
  • Must be trained in administering Narcan.
  • Must be certified in CPR and First Aid or able to attain certification.
  • Must submit to yearly Criminal Background Check.
  • Must be eligible for an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number for billing purposes.
  • Must have a valid Ohio Driver License and maintain a driving record that allows the individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing OneEighty’s vehicle insurance.
  • Ability to use a computer; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel.
  • Ability to facilitate and maintain productive communication while maintaining a professional relationship with clients and coworkers.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Must maintain appropriate boundaries with clients as set forth in OneEighty Policies and Procedures.
  • May not currently receive clinical services at OneEighty.
  • If in recovery must have two years of continuous sobriety.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in Social Services preferred.
  • Experience working with alcoholics and/or drug abusers preferred.
  • Familiarity with the 12 STEP philosophy.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record preferred.
