WCMHS is seeking a Residential Support Specialist to provide direct support and skill coaching to individuals receiving residential mental health services, helping them build stability, independence, and confidence in their daily lives. Working as part of a treatment team, WRAP staff create a safe, structured environment while supporting clients through crisis situations, reinforcing healthy coping strategies, and encouraging meaningful community engagement. Through hands-on coaching in areas such as emotional regulation, interpersonal skills, and daily living tasks, this role plays a key part in helping clients strengthen their ability to live successfully and participate more fully in their communities.
