In partnership with the Senior Vice President (SVP), the Residential Support Manager provides operational oversight, training, and quality assurance support to residential programs and management staff. This role ensures compliance, service quality, and the health, safety, rights, and personal outcomes of individuals supported in FREE’s Intermediate Care Facilities (IRAs). The manager will train and support Residential Managers, provide leadership coverage for vacant positions as assigned, and ensure consistent implementation of organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices across assigned residences. Responsibilities include being on call for the program, overseeing staff and individuals, and managing overall systems within the residence. This is an exempt, full-time position requiring a regular schedule of five days per week and eight hours per day, unless an alternative arrangement is approved.
