About The Position

We design diverse and innovative programs that provide a high level of structure within communities of care when a person or family is in need. Our goal is for people to grow, have hope, thrive in their community and feel like they belong. NFI North Oliver Place, an adolescent residential treatment program for ages 14 – 20 is seeking a Shift Supervisor. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of assigned Direct Care Staff and program participants in support of the Assistant Director in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations.

Requirements

Minimum of one year working with youth
Experienced team player
Enjoy new challenges daily
Level headed during crisis situations
Good organization and communication skills necessary
Ability to assume and delegate responsibilities
Ability to exercise quick and safe decision making
Willing to work closely as part of a team of professionals
