About The Position

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor for a group home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, located in Duncannon. This role involves providing supervision and direction to direct care staff, as well as providing direct care to individuals with disabilities. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of residents, supervising, evaluating, and training staff, participating in on-call duties, completing required paperwork, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining professional relationships with families, peers, subordinates, team members, and other professionals. The Residential Supervisor will oversee one group home with 2 to 4 individuals.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
Possess an Associate's degree in a human services related field or have two years of experience in a residential setting.
Experience supervising direct care workers who support individuals with disabilities.
