About The Position

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor for a group home in Duncannon that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves supervising direct care staff and providing direct care to residents, ensuring their health and safety, managing staff, handling paperwork, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining professional relationships with various stakeholders. The Residential Supervisor will oversee one group home with 2 to 4 individuals.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
Possess an Associate's degree in a human services related field or have two years of experience in a residential setting.
Experience supervising direct care workers who support individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision and direction to direct care staff.
Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities.
Ensure the health and safety of individuals living at the assigned site.
Supervise, evaluate, and train staff.
Share in on-call responsibility.
Complete weekly, monthly, and annual paperwork.
Ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintain professional working relationships with individuals' families, peers, subordinates, team members, and other professionals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
