The Residential Supervisor - Morning Shift (7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) demands vigilance while handling diverse tasks. It plays a vital role in promoting self sufficiency among participants by providing participant services tailored to their identified needs and aligned with the residential program's objectives. In addition to conducting client screenings, this role involves overseeing case planning, supervision, and coordinating activities for residents and visitors, ensuring the maintenance of a safe, clean, and nurturing living environment. The Residential Supervisor supports participants through a human centered and trauma informed approach, in addition they are engaging, culturally responsive and aware of the diverse needs of various cultures, races, ethnicities and populations. Staff in this role do not supervise other staff in the program. In partnership with The San Diego LGBT Community Center and San Diego Youth Services, the Safe STAY Wellness Center is a comprehensive emergency housing program designed to meet the unique needs of young people (18-24) experiencing homelessness or housing instability. We provide a holistic and LGBTQ-affirming approach that focuses on the stability and well-being of our participants.
