About The Position

Are you the Residential Supervisor we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students! Littleton Academy is a residential treatment setting for latency-aged students that specializes in trauma informed care. Littleton provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Group home, residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedures while on site, and also through rotating on call coverage.
• Support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
• Support all efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
• Support staff and programming through your knowledge of the policies and procedures of the Littleton Academy's Residential Department.
• Provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students.
