About The Position
Mid-Step Services is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Residential Supervisor for an Intermediate Care Facility for persons with intellectual disabilities. This is a full-time position. We have an opening 3rd shift: 9:30 p.m. - 5:30 a.m. Mid-Step Services, a non-profit organization serving the needs of children and adults who have developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months experience working with intellectually disabled individuals
- Clear driving record
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and supervising the daily routine of staff and members at our Intermediate Care Facility
- Staff hiring, training, supervision, evaluations, scheduling and assigning programming functions
