About The Position
The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor for a group home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves providing supervision and direct care to individuals, ensuring their health and safety, managing staff, handling paperwork, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining professional relationships. The Residential Supervisor will oversee one group home with 2 to 4 individuals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license

Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and direction to direct care staff in a residential setting.
- Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities.
- Ensure the health and safety of individuals living at the assigned site.
- Supervise, evaluate, and train staff.
- Share in on-call responsibility.
- Complete weekly, monthly, and annual paperwork.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain professional working relationships with families, peers, subordinates, team members, and other professionals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
