Residential Specialist - 3rd Shift Awake Overnight - Alternatives
About The Position
As a Residential Specialist, you will support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges in developing the independent living and emotional regulation skills needed to accomplish their identified treatment goals. The position is with HCRS and is located a short driving distance from Keene, Lebanon, and Hanover, New Hampshire. The pay range is $20–$23.25 per hour. Compensation includes shift and additional weekend differentials, generous holiday pay, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The posting also offers paid time off, sick days, holidays, wellness incentives, and a snow tire subsidy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges.
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
- A compassionate, respectful, positive attitude and ability to set appropriate boundaries as a caregiver.
