About The Position

As a Residential Specialist, you will support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges in developing independent living and emotional regulation skills that help them accomplish their identified treatment goals. This position is with HCRS, a team of providers and business leaders focused on improving outcomes for people in the community. The position is described as a third-shift awake overnight role. The pay range is $20–$23.25 per hour, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation includes shift differential, additional weekend differential, and holiday pay.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field is preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• A positive, compassionate, and respectful attitude, with the ability to set appropriate boundaries as a caregiver.
