About The Position

Mozaic is searching for a Residential Site Supervisor in Seneca County to join our growing team of professionals. The Residential Site Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, and support to Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care. This includes training, mentoring, and monitoring staff performance while ensuring all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed. The role is responsible for protecting the rights, dignity, and well-being of people we support, while ensuring Life Plan goals, daily activities, and health needs-including dietary and nutritional supports-are consistently met. The supervisor also provides hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, promoting independence and modeling best practices. Additionally, the position coordinates transportation and community involvement, ensuring access to appointments and meaningful activities. The Site Supervisor builds and maintains positive, professional relationships with families, guardians, community partners, and service providers to support strong communication and quality care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • At least three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
