The company is seeking a Casual Residential Guest Service Agent to be the "face" of the residential building, enhancing resident experience through exceptional customer service. This role acts as a hub for resident activity planning, requiring knowledgeable recommendations and prompt service. Many residents will depend heavily on the agent, making the position respected and highly regarded.

Requirements

  • Robust customer service experience.

  • Strong listening skills to understand and anticipate resident needs.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
  • Available for a variety of scheduled shifts between the hours of 6 am and 10 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a good rapport with all residents.
  • Attending to resident inquiries.
  • Assisting the onsite operations team in informing residents of upcoming maintenance activities.
  • Assisting the onsite operations team in ensuring maintenance personnel, contractors, and suppliers have necessary access to building areas and recording their entry/exit.
  • Reporting emergencies, maintenance concerns, and building component failures immediately to the onsite operations team.
  • Assisting the onsite operations team in enforcing on-site policies and regulations.
  • Monitoring weather conditions during winter months and addressing hazardous situations promptly.
  • Being familiar with emergency, fire, and building evacuation plans and procedures, and assisting during evacuations.
  • Becoming familiar with and regularly monitoring the video security system.
  • Coordinating resident services and amenities.
  • Maintaining a neat and tidy working area, including the main lobby and exterior entrances (cleaning entrance glass, picking up litter around immediate lobby areas).
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.
