About The Position

Our property management company is seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Assistant Service Technician to join our team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC systems and handle a variety of maintenance work orders efficiently. This role includes daily maintenance tasks, unit turns, work order response, and ensuring all work meets the highest standards. The compensation range for the position is $24 to $27 per hour, based on experience and skill level, plus quarterly bonus potential.

Requirements

• Highly skilled in electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC systems with a commitment to quality service.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in multifamily housing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and unit turns efficiently.
• Availability is required for our emergency on-call rotation.
• Provide superior customer care to residents.
• Work occasional overtime.
