Requirements

Hands-on experience in residential HVAC service
EPA 608 Certification (minimum Type II)
Strong troubleshooting skills and a "fix it right the first time" mindset
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning equipment
Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and component replacements
Provide homeowners with outstanding service and professional recommendations
Accurately document work performed and maintain organized records
Uphold company standards and maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Help contribute to the continued growth and success of our team and reputation within the community
