About The Position

Hassler Heating and Air Conditioning is growing its Install and Service Department and is searching for a talented, dedicated, and knowledgeable HVAC Warranty and Commissioning Technician. This role requires advanced diagnostic abilities on new equipment, familiarity with proper installation codes and practices, and a passion for solving technical problems. The ideal candidate will also have experience training other service technicians or installers, live with integrity, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with overtime as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years installation experience.
Minimum 5 years service experience.
Commissioning/Startup experience.
Knowledge of installation codes.
Knowledge of proper installation practices.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Clean driving record.
Have the desire to grow, succeed and excel in your trade.
Self-starter, able to follow directions, and practice good communication skills.
5+ years experience as an HVAC residential service technician.
Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history.
Able to pass a background and drug screening.
Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Must have good oral and written communications skills.
Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have basic computer skills and be able to utilize mobile device throughout the work day.

Nice To Haves

Advanced diagnostic abilities on new equipment.
Experience training other service technicians or installers.
Experience in diagnosing Tanked, Tankless and Heat Pump water heaters.
Experience in providing technical training and curriculum for field staff a plus.
Commercial experience a plus.
Carrier Infinity System Experience a plus.
Trane Communicating Equipment Experience a plus.
