About The Position

This is a consultative service role, not high-pressure sales. As a Residential Service/Sales Electrician, you will work directly with homeowners who have scheduled appointments with Brda to diagnose problems, provide expert recommendations, and deliver high-quality electrical solutions. Our best technicians educate customers, provide solutions, and allow homeowners to make informed decisions with confidence. Typical projects include EV Charging Installations, Electrical panel upgrades and replacements, Service upgrades, Interior and exterior lighting installations, Troubleshooting and repairs, Whole-home electrical improvements, Safety inspections, and Preventative maintenance. As we grow, experienced electricians have opportunities to mentor apprentices, share technical knowledge, promote safe work practices, help develop the next generation of electricians, and advance into leadership and management roles. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Four (4) or more years of experience.
Residential service experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Experience presenting repair and upgrade options to homeowners.
Customer-facing service experience.
