About The Position
Ancla Plumbing is hiring an experienced residential service plumbing technician to support the growth of its home service division in the Phoenix market. The technician will handle residential service, repair, and replacement calls across the Phoenix metro area, diagnose plumbing issues, explain solutions, and present options clearly and ethically. The role offers performance-based earning potential and direct input into the development of department processes, service offerings, field standards, customer experience, and culture. The company seeks a professional who takes ownership, maintains high workmanship standards, communicates well with homeowners, and contributes to the division as it grows.
Requirements
- Experienced professional in residential plumbing service.
- Accurately diagnose residential plumbing problems and clearly explain solutions.
- Build trust with homeowners and present Good / Better / Best options without pressure or gimmicks.
- Practice ethical selling and help customers make appropriate decisions for their homes.
- Take pride in workmanship, cleanliness, documentation, and follow-through.
- Be comfortable with accountability for results and performance-based earning potential.
- Communicate directly, take ownership, and uphold high standards.
Responsibilities
- Run residential service, repair, and replacement calls across the Phoenix metro area.
- Diagnose plumbing issues, document findings, and present clear repair or replacement options.
- Complete high-quality work in accordance with applicable codes and company standards.
- Deliver a five-star customer experience from arrival through payment and follow-up.
- Recommend upgrades only when they genuinely improve safety, reliability, efficiency, or peace of mind.
- Provide input on processes, service offerings, field standards, customer experience, pricing feedback, and department improvements.
- Maintain cleanliness, documentation, and follow-through.
