Requirements

• Typically 4+ years in plumbing or a related trade.
• ND Mechanical License, or the experience needed to obtain it—we’ll cover the cost.
• EPA Certification (or willingness to earn it).
• Strong communication, dependable driving record, and a customer-first mindset.
• Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Diagnose problems and provide honest, effective solutions—no high-pressure upselling.
• Deliver top-tier customer service with professionalism and pride.
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures to ensure quality and trust.
