About The Position
Beyond Wow Plumbing is seeking a friendly and talented Residential Service Plumber to join their team. This role offers a promising career with competitive pay and attractive benefits. The company is building out a second shift (11am - 8pm). Beyond Wow Plumbing is a family-owned and operated residential plumbing company serving Austin, TX, and surrounding areas since 1980, known for delivering service that goes beyond expectations and treating every customer and team member with respect and integrity.
Requirements
- Valid plumbing license (tradesman or higher)
- 3 to 5+ years plumbing experience (residential service preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to guide customers to informed and confident buying decisions
- Good with your hands (mechanically inclined)
- Integrity (do the right thing, even when no one is watching)
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
- Ability to pass all required background checks and drug tests
Responsibilities
- Help homeowners with their plumbing challenges.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Keep your company van clean, inside and out.
- Keep a well-stocked van to be prepared for routine plumbing fixes.
- Willingness to help apprentices learn and grow.
