Requirements

• 2+ years of residential in‑home plumbing experience
• Indoor and outdoor residential plumbing experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to present options and build value at the table with the homeowner
• A team‑first mindset and pride in your craft
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• To be considered for employment, all candidates must successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing equipment to code, manufacturer specs, and company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well‑stocked truck
• Provide accurate invoices, timecards, and option sheets
• Work directly with customers to design solutions that fit their needs and budget
• Deliver exceptional service and represent Bassett with professionalism
