Weekends ONLY: Residential Plumber
About The Position
Bassett Services is seeking an experienced residential plumber for weekend coverage. This role offers a Friday-Monday, 4-day work week with high-quality calls and uncapped earning potential. Weekends are ideal for plumbers as homeowners are typically home and ready to approve work, leading to better calls, bigger tickets, and higher earning potential. This position is designed for plumbers seeking predictable scheduling, strong earnings, and a better quality of life. You will be responsible for pre-measuring job sites, installing plumbing equipment to code and manufacturer specifications, maintaining a clean job site and truck, providing accurate documentation, designing solutions for customers, and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- 2+ years of residential in-home plumbing experience
- Indoor and outdoor residential plumbing experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to present options and build value at the table with the homeowner
- A team-first mindset and pride in your craft
Responsibilities
- Pre-measure job sites to prepare for installations
- Install plumbing equipment to code, manufacturer specs, and company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-stocked truck
- Provide accurate invoices, timecards, and option sheets
- Work directly with customers to design solutions that fit their needs and budget
- Deliver exceptional service and represent Bassett with professionalism
