Requirements

  • 2+ years of plumbing service experience (residential or light commercial)
  • Tech-forward mindset — comfortable using tablets, apps, and smart diagnostic tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable team player with integrity and initiative
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Based in or near Fauquier County, Prince William County, or Northern Virginia

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair plumbing systems with precision and professionalism
  • Educate customers on options, upgrades, and maintenance solutions
  • Install and service fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and drain systems
  • Use modern plumbing technology — digital inspection tools, smart leak detection, and paperless invoicing systems
  • Keep jobsites clean, safe, and code-compliant
  • Represent JR Snider with confidence, respect, and pride
