Absolute Electric LLC is seeking a Residential Service Electrician to join their team. The Residential Service Electrician will diagnose, present, and complete residential electrical jobs using proven service systems, working directly with homeowners to explain options and deliver high-quality workmanship. This client-facing role is ideal for problem-solvers who enjoy independent work and performance-based rewards.
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of residential electrical experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A growth mindset and willingness to be coached
- Valid driver's license (driving record must qualify for coverage)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
- A professional appearance is required for client-facing roles
- Able to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
- Authorized to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a strong plus
- Journeyman's license preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems according to NEC and company standards
- Present service options and perform approved work onsite
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience without using pressure tactics
- Complete paperwork and collect payments using ServiceTitan CRM
- Guide clients through permitting and inspection processes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Participate in weekly training and professional development
