Requirements

Three (3)+ Years of residential electrical experience.
Clean driving record with no major infractions with the ability to pass a BMV.
Developed and proven track record of service in residential electrical systems.
Strong service sales aptitude with the ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and confidently recommend solutions that align with customer needs and add value.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Strong verbal and written communications.
High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today.

Experience using ServiceTitan is highly desirable or strong technical and computer skills with the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

Complete all general residential electrical in-home, service calls.
Perform thorough electrical system evaluations to diagnose issues, identify safety concerns, and spot code violations.
Use a consultative sales, value-based approach to educate customers and recommend upgrades that improve safety, efficiency, and overall system reliability.
Establish customer rapport and ask proper lifestyle questions to troubleshoot electrical system malfunctions.
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
