Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work between 6am-2pm with every other weekend availability
- Negative TB skin test (provided by Aptiv)
- Ability to pass a background test
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- Reliable transportation with valid registration and up-to-date auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- Any previous experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate adult clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live with independence and dignity in the community.
- Assist with medications, meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, errands, and appointments.
- Provide companionship and socialization.
- Support clients in visiting with friends, attending events, or working on hobbies.
- Help clients stay healthy by making sure that they are mentally stimulated, physically active, and well-nourished, encouraging their independence as much as possible.
