About The Position

Surefox North America Inc. is a veteran-owned company seeking an experienced full-time Residential Security Agent with high integrity, sound judgment, and professionalism to join their team. This role supports assigned projects for top Silicon Valley clients, serving as a liaison and providing physical security at the client's residence. Responsibilities include ensuring client and family safety, safeguarding assets, and adhering to client, Surefox, and regulatory policies. The position requires a flexible, detail-oriented professional capable of independent work, responding to dynamic situations, and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders. The selected candidate must be able to support duties domestically and internationally. Requirements

Must reside in the Bay Area or within one hour of San Francisco.
Must be able to work a rotational schedule of 4 days on / 4 days off.
Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years old, per state licensing guidelines.
Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening.
Must possess a current BSIS Guard Card or be eligible to obtain one.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must possess a valid and current driver’s license.
Must possess a valid U.S. passport.
CPR, First Aid, and AED certification for all ages is required.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Must be able to work autonomously, domestically and internationally.
Must have strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
Must demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to make timely decisions.
Must demonstrate competence in responding to and managing emergencies.
Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must maintain an operational understanding of current technology across relevant platforms.
Must complete Surefox POCC training, or have the willingness and ability to attend and graduate.

Responsibilities

Lead and support residential security operations for assigned clients.
Manage the Residential Security team schedule.
Provide physical security for clients, family members, and residential assets.
Monitor surveillance equipment, access points, entrances, and exits.
Maintain accurate logs of activity occurring at the residence.
Screen incoming mail and deliveries.
Conduct security patrols of designated areas on foot and/or by vehicle.
Monitor access and permit authorized individuals onto the property.
Watch for unusual or suspicious activity and respond safely to emergency situations.
Respond to medical and non-medical incidents.
Contact police, fire, or emergency medical services when appropriate.
Conduct ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments.
Maintain knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and key points of interest within the assigned area.
Operate vehicles in a safe, legal, and professional manner.
Operate in a low-profile, low-footprint capacity.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with departments and support teams.
Track and report on program performance assurance and compliance requirements.
Prepare accurate reports related to accidents, incidents, suspicious activity, and other security matters.
Assist employees, visitors, and clients in a professional manner.
Attend project meetings when requested to assess security implications.
Address staffing needs, client requests, and assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Work independently while adapting to changing priorities and operational requirements.
Maintain a high level of attentiveness, energy, physical fitness, and personal appearance.
