Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
• Interest in a long-term career in sales
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel
• Willingness to relocate to the market area in the US

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 8-10 week sales training program at headquarters in northwest Georgia, covering team building, plant tours, product knowledge assessments, corporate networking, and professional presentations.
• Upon completion of training, be placed into a sales location as a Territory Manager to apply learned skills.
• Gain hands-on, on-the-job training and learn best practices in a sales territory.
• Build customer satisfaction through relationship-driven, people-first approaches.
• Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to influence others.
• Achieve goals and solve customer challenges by executing action plans.
• Demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
• Travel and work independently.
