About The Position
Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals to join their next training class in July 2026. As a Design Consultant, you will conduct sales presentations in residential homes for pre-scheduled appointments. Your role will be to provide homeowners with the necessary information to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a one-call close sales role with no project management or follow-up required.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis
- Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials
- Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad
- 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions
- Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
