About The Position

R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC, Inc. is hiring an experienced, full-commission Residential Sales Plumber in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves residential plumbing sales, communicating with customers, and working with plumbing systems and local codes. The company offers a stated earning range of $200,000 to $400,000+ on full commission, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and a company vehicle for qualified applicants. Uniforms are also provided. R & T Yoder is a family-owned and operated business with more than 20 years of experience in the Central Ohio region. Requirements

At least 4 years of plumbing sales experience.
Knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems and local codes.
Experience training junior team members.
Experience communicating with clients and customers.
Field sales experience.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
Ability to establish rapport with people, respect others and their property, and be punctual and reliable.

Nice To Haves

Experience with residential and/or commercial plumbing systems and local codes is described as a plus.

Responsibilities
