About The Position

As a Residential Sales Manager, you will drive the residential sales team to exceed budgeted targets. Recruit, hire, train top-tier sales talent and provide on-going training and support. Assist General Manager is partnering with Operations on supporting a complete customer experience. Responsible for the administrative and supervisory oversite of the residential sales department involving direct supervision of sales reps, projecting goals and achieving sales objectives in a defined area or region.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead team members to reach their goals.
Strong sales skills to be able to train and develop successful sales reps.
Valid Driver's License: Must be able to drive to customer locations.

Responsibilities

Recruit, Hire, Onboard, Train and develop sales talent.
Drive daily activity of Residential Sales Representatives via sales meeting, on-going training, ride-along field time, role playing, and operation support.
This will assist sales reps in influencing customers and assisting them in buying Vector’s products and services.
Assign leads via DICE or assign CRM to sales representatives.
Ensures follow-up and updates are maintained in system.
Ensure financial targets are met based on assigned budget and KPIs.
Reports results and forecasts to branch and home office management.
Identifies ways to market products to new consumers, including identifying new target market segments/opportunities.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and delivery schedules.
