About The Position

Sandbox+ is seeking a Residential Sales Associate for a unique sales role focused on building relationships and educating homeowners on energy solutions. Unlike traditional high-pressure solar sales, this position emphasizes customer experience, referrals, and long-term trust. The role involves outbound communication, networking, lead follow-up, and community involvement, but not extensive door-knocking. The associate will sell a range of energy solutions including Solar, Heat pumps, HVAC services, Battery & charging systems, and maintenance packages. This is an opportunity to build a substantial income and grow within the company by developing trust, managing a pipeline, and closing quality business.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 1 year of direct sales experience in home energy, hvac, or a related field.
  • Excel, system design, and proposal software experience.
  • Curiosity for Sandbox+'s style and values.
  • Desire to be part of what Sandbox+ is building and learn how it's being built.
  • Ability to cultivate long-term relationships with homeowners.
  • Ability to speak confidently about energy systems, utility savings, incentives, rebates, payback periods, and long-term value.
  • Background check will be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in solar, home energy, or construction/roofing related sales.
  • HVAC Sales or Comfort Advisor experience.
  • Client-facing presentation skills.
