About The Position
FARHA ROOFING, an industry-leading roofing company with offices in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, and Arizona, is looking for a motivated Residential Roofing Sales & Project Manager to grow our Phoenix market. We are a quality-driven, family-centered company that values transparency and results. Our open-book payment structure gives you visibility into your projects and commissions. This is a commission-based opportunity with expected first-year earnings of $100,000+ for successful performers; actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance and project volume.
Requirements
- Residential roofing, restoration, in-home sales, or outside sales experience is preferred; a strong record of sales success may substitute.
- Proven ability to prospect, build trust, follow up consistently, and close sales.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills, plus comfort using a smartphone and basic computer applications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely climb and inspect roofs when needed.

Responsibilities
- Generate residential roofing opportunities through canvassing, referrals, networking, and self-generated leads.
- Inspect residential roofs, identify customer needs, and present clear repair or replacement options.
- Serve as the homeowner’s primary point of contact from the initial consultation through project completion and final payment.
- Prepare proposals and project documentation, then coordinate with production teams, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver quality work on schedule.
- Manage project details, budgets, change orders, customer communication, and collections from start to finish.
