Top performers consistently earn between $150,000 and $300,000 annually through a competitive base salary plus commission.

Requirements

5+ years of successful sales and project management experience in commercial low-slope roofing.
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and comfort with modern technology (smartphone, CRM tools, etc.).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to climb roofs and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.

Responsibilities

Manage project budgets, documentation, and collections.
