Requirements

• Roofing or construction experience preferred (we will train motivated candidates)
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Valid driver’s license is a plus

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace residential roofing systems (shingles, metal, and related materials)
• Remove old roofing systems and prepare surfaces for installation
• Safely work at heights using ladders and fall protection equipment
• Identify leaks, damage, and structural issues and perform necessary repairs
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow all Burns & Scalo safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Work as part of a team to deliver projects on time and with quality workmanship
