Skogman Remodeling & Repair is expanding their network of skilled independent subcontractors to help support their growing workload throughout the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City corridor. Rather than pushing customer projects months into the future, they’re building relationships with dependable subcontractors who take pride in quality craftsmanship and are looking for consistent project opportunities with an established local remodeling company. If you're an experienced carpenter or remodeling professional who enjoys a variety of residential projects and wants steady work without the responsibility of finding your next customer, we'd love to connect.
Requirements
- Experience performing residential remodeling, framing, finish carpentry, or related construction work
- Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with Skogman project managers and crews as needed
- Professional communication and reliability
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Your own hand tools and standard power tools
- Current General Liability Insurance
- Workers' Compensation Insurance (if required by law)
