As a Residential Rehab Educator/Counselor, assist our Residential Clients experiencing chronic behavioral health issues, with activities of daily living. Help them to develop more independence and improve quality of life. In a residential group home setting, RELIEF STAFF fill in as needed for regular staff who are absent, for unfilled positions, vacations, leaves, etc. After initial training period working at several different homes and becoming familiarized with different houses and clients, choose available shifts based on your schedule and our current needs. Requirements
- HS diploma; some college preferred
- Interest and /or coursework in Psychology, human services, health care, or related field
- Some experience in the mental health care field is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to attend all mandatory trainings is required
- Must have a current valid drivers license in good standing, 1-3 years of driving experience
- Must have good communication skills, empathy and ability to work as part of a team
