We are currently seeking a Residential Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our Charlotte, NC office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-3 years of residential real estate law experience who is looking to further develop their practice while handling a broad variety of real estate transactions in a high-volume, client-focused environment.

Requirements

JD from an accredited law school.
Active South Carolina law license required.
North Carolina law license preferred.
2-3 years of experience practicing residential real estate law, including conducting closings and reviewing title matters.
Notary Public (or willingness to obtain before start date).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a client-service mindset.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct residential real estate closings involving buyers, sellers, and lenders.
Review closing documents and title searches for legal sufficiency.
Address title curative matters and resolve issues efficiently.
Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.
Handle a high volume of transactions while delivering top-notch service.
Provide practical legal guidance and support throughout the closing process.
