About The Position
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its growing Dallas office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in working on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for developers, investors, lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate clients across a broad range of asset classes.
Requirements
- Approximately 3–6 years of commercial real estate experience
- Strong drafting experience involving purchase agreements, loan documents, joint venture agreements, and lease documentation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted in Texas
Nice To Haves
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and leasing transactions strongly preferred
- Experience representing developers, institutional investors, lenders, REITs, or private equity sponsors is a plus
