About The Position
Arbors Management is seeking a focused, people-oriented Property Manager to lead operations at our senior high-rise community in Butler, PA. This full-time role involves leading a dedicated team to ensure the property thrives, maintaining high occupancy, managing financial operations, and fostering positive relationships with senior residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for affordable housing and resident advocacy.
Requirements
- Background in affordable housing (HUD/Project-Based Section 8) is a major plus.
- Proven ability to manage a team and cultivate a positive work culture.
- Comfortable with industry software (RealPage/OneSite) and Google Suite.
- Strong financial awareness coupled with a "resident-first" attitude.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- PA Real Estate License or willing to obtain within one year of employment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team (Maintenance + Community Assistant) to ensure the property thrives.
- Maintain 95%+ occupancy and keep delinquency below 5%.
- Supervise and support a small on-site team to ensure property excellence.
- Manage the annual operating budget and rent collections.
- Foster positive relationships with senior residents and build a strong waitlist.
