Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory capacity managing multifamily communities.
- Associate degree in business or a related field.
- Ability to take ownership and understand the big picture.
- Skill in finding everyday wins and doing more with less.
- Natural communication skills, able to simplify complex situations.
- Comfortable communicating on multiple channels (phone, email, chat, Facebook, etc.).
- Curiosity and drive to ask root-cause questions.
- Flexibility and enjoyment of learning new things and adapting to change.
Responsibilities
- Recommending promotions for team members after coaching and skill gap closure.
- Reviewing leasing reports to ensure the team is converting prospects.
- Deescalating resident issues to achieve positive reviews.
- Reprioritizing maintenance tasks due to unforeseen issues like water leaks.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team on cost-saving measures for supplies.
- Brainstorming marketing ideas with the marketing team, including social media content.
- Providing flexible work week availability, including some weekend coverage.
