Requirements
- Motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors
- Must have a smartphone and reliable transportation
- Ability to use a camera pole for roof photos
- Ability to schedule own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
- Ability to deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
Nice To Haves
- Experience with property inspections
- Experience with mobile web applications
Responsibilities
- Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
- Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
- Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
- Use a camera pole for roof photos
- Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
- Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
