About The Position
CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Wilkes-Barre, PA to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role where you can set your own hours, build your own route, and utilize your own associates if you have them, getting paid per inspection.
Requirements

- Ability to use a camera pole for roof photos
- Ability to schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections

Responsibilities
- Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
- Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
- Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
- Use a camera pole for roof photos
- Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
- Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
