About The Position
CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Gallup, NM to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around. The Gig involves traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections, having brief, professional conversations with homeowners to explain the inspection, taking app-guided photos and answering property questions through our mobile web application, using a camera pole for roof photos, scheduling your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections, and delivering accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.
Requirements
- Must be a business owner/independent contractor
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be motivated
- Must have own associates if needed
- Must have a smartphone with a mobile web application
- Must have a camera pole for roof photos
Responsibilities
