About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Montpelier, VT to complete residential property inspections. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being outdoors, working independently, and controlling their own schedule. It offers a great opportunity to build a business around your life. The role involves traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections. Inspectors will have brief, professional conversations with homeowners, take app-guided photos, and answer property questions using a mobile web application. A camera pole will be used for roof photos. Inspectors are responsible for scheduling their own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections and must deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.
