About The Position
CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Eufaula, OK to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.
Requirements
- Must be a business owner/independent contractor
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have own transportation
- Must have own smartphone with data plan
- Must have own camera pole (for roof photos)
- Must be able to conduct brief, professional conversations with homeowners
- Must be able to capture photos and data via a mobile web application
- Must be able to schedule appointments
- Must be able to deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
Nice To Haves
- Experience with residential property inspections
- Experience with underwriting inspections
- Experience using mobile web applications for data capture
Responsibilities
- Traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you've accepted
- A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
- Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
- Using a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
- Scheduling your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections
- Delivering accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
