About The Position

The B. F. Saul Company is seeking a Residential Property General Manager for its Hampden House property in Bethesda, Maryland. This role oversees all resident services, overall community operations, and lease-up initiatives for a luxury lease-up community. The General Manager will manage staff performance, resident satisfaction, and financial success by leading the sales team, monitoring market conditions, controlling budgets, attracting and retaining residents through outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include implementing programs and services, achieving annual business goals, reporting and managing leasing files, developing market analysis, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of relevant job experience (hi-rise management preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Landlord Tenant laws.
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA and OSHA.
  • Experience with luxury lease-up properties.
