About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting two seasoned, highly skilled Residential Project Managers on behalf of a valued client partner in the residential services / skilled trades sector. This role requires an ownership mentality, strong subcontractor management skills, scheduling discipline, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Candidates with jumpy or unstable resumes will not be accepted or interviewed. We are prioritizing professionals with consistent tenure, strong client service backgrounds, and proven project ownership experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience in construction or skilled trades
  • Strong customer-facing / homeowner-facing experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, or crews
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Self-managed professional who does not require micromanagement
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Castle Rock, Colorado and travel territory routes
  • Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered

Nice To Haves

  • Residential construction experience preferred over commercial
  • Painting industry experience helpful but not required
  • Skilled trades background such as roofing, siding, HVAC, flooring, windows, fencing, landscaping, remodeling
  • Experience using CompanyCam, CRM platforms, or estimating tools
  • Performance-driven candidates motivated by bonus earnings
  • Strong leadership presence with crews and homeowners alike

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects end-to-end from signed contract through completion
  • Coordinate schedules between homeowners, crews, and subcontractors
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project lifecycle
  • Set expectations with clients regarding timing, scope, and logistics
  • Maintain organized records for schedules, scope details, client notes, and contractor data
  • Resolve issues proactively to maintain customer satisfaction and referral potential
  • Spend the majority of time in the field overseeing active projects
  • Support revenue goals and client review metrics tied to bonus structure
