About The Position

The Program Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the direct care and supervision of children/youth is maintained in accordance with established organizational policies and procedures. The Program Supervisor is also responsible for the overall management of assigned program(s), including but not limited to daily operations; fiscal management; staffing and the provision of a safe and caring therapeutic milieu.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum four (4) years of residential/child welfare experience.
Minimum one (1) year supervisory and operations experience.
Valid Florida’s driver’s license is required.
Successful completion of a background check through Clearinghouse

Nice To Haves

Master’s Degree in social services strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coaching, and day-to-day supervision to program staff to ensure high-quality care and consistent service delivery.
Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment that supports client well-being and age-appropriate behavioral management.
Lead hiring, onboarding, staff development, performance management, and retention efforts for assigned program teams.
Ensure program compliance with agency policies, licensing standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Oversee program operations including scheduling, supply management, medication procedures, and facility coordination.
Monitor documentation, reporting, and electronic records to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and organizational compliance.
Coordinate client care with families, schools, community providers, and internal teams to support successful outcomes.
Manage program budgets, petty cash, monthly reporting, and on-call responsibilities to support smooth program operations.
